To become part of the TDH Community

An individual shall be eligible for Ordinary Membership of Tanzania Diaspora Hub (TDH) if he or she meets the following criteria:

• Must be of Tanzanian origin, birth, descent, or legally recognized affiliation

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older

• Must be of sound mind and legal capacity to enter into agreements

• Must complete and submit a TDH membership application form

• Must agree to abide by TDH’s Constitution, policies, and code of conduct

• Must demonstrate a genuine interest in TDH objectives, including investment, development, and diaspora collaboration

Additional Notes:

• Ordinary members may participate in TDH programs, meetings, and approved investment activities

• Membership approval is subject to verification and confirmation by TDH leadership

Eligibility Requirements

An applicant qualifies for Corporate Membership if they meet the following criteria:

• Must be a registered company, organization, cooperative, association, family office, or organized investment group

• Must have legal standing in its country of registration

• Must demonstrate an interest in investment, development, or partnership aligned with TDH objectives

• Must appoint an authorized representative to act on behalf of the entity

• Must agree to comply with TDH constitution, policies, investment guidelines, and reporting requirements

• Must submit all required documentation as part of the TDH application process

Additional Considerations:

• Corporate members may include diaspora associations, family groups, or joint investment entities

• Approval is subject to TDH leadership or board review

• Capital commitment, if any, shall be defined per project and agreement

Awarded to individuals recognized for their outstanding contribution, leadership, expertise, or long-term support to Tanzania Diaspora Hub (TDH).

Honorary Members may include:

• Distinguished community leaders

• Advisors, mentors, or professionals

• Strategic partners and supporters

Privileges include:

• Recognition and honorary status within TDH

• Invitation to special events and forums

• Advisory or ambassadorial roles (non-financial)

• No capital or investment obligation

• Honorary membership is by invitation or nomination only

• Approval is granted by TDH leadership or Board

• Honorary members hold an advisory and ambassadorial role

• Honorary membership does not confer voting rights unless otherwise specified by TDH
